What cookies are

How we use them

EQ uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the site to work, stay secure and support the participation flow. Others help us understand how the site is being used, and those are only used where the relevant consent has been given.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not allow third parties to track you across other websites for advertising purposes.


The categories

Strictly necessary. These support core functions such as security, session management, rendering, fraud and attack detection, and the operation of forms and other essential site features. They cannot be switched off because the site may not work properly without them.

Analytics. Wix Analytics helps us understand how people use the site, including traffic and behaviour patterns. Where a cookie banner is enabled, analytics data that depends on analytics cookies is only collected after you consent to that category.

Functional. These may be used for optional site features that remember choices or preferences. They are only used where applicable and, where required, after you consent.

Marketing. We do not currently use marketing cookies.

Our website is hosted on Wix. Wix may set essential cookies including:

  • XSRF-TOKEN for fraud and request protection. Lasts for the session.

  • hs for security. Lasts for the session.

  • svSession for security, stability and core site functions. Lasts 12 months.

  • SSR-caching for page-rendering performance. Lasts 24 hours.

  • TS* cookies for attack detection. Last for the session.

  • bSession for measuring system effectiveness. Lasts 24 hours.

  • fedops.logger.sessionId for tracking session errors and resilience. Lasts 12 months.

  • _wixAB3|* for Wix site experiments. Lasts 6 months.

  • server-session-bind and client-session-bind for API protection. Last for the session.

  • wixSession for security, stability and core site functions. Lasts 12 months.

Our cookie consent tool also stores your consent choices so they can be remembered between visits. The exact technical identifier and duration may change as Wix and its consent tooling are updated.

Wix Analytics may use additional analytics technologies where you have consented to analytics. If additional analytics or advertising integrations are added to the site later, this policy will be updated accordingly.

The exact cookies used can change when Wix, installed apps or site features are updated. We review this policy periodically and may update this list when the site changes.


Your choices

Where non-essential cookies are used, the site's cookie banner lets you choose which categories to accept. You can revisit those choices using the Cookie Settings or privacy control displayed on the site.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Every major browser allows this. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the participation flow may stop working, and you may not be able to make a Commitment.
